About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you have a central and broad role in the management of Emilshus' commercial properties in the Växjö and Kalmar regions. You are responsible for the technical overall picture of your properties and act as the client and coordinator for external suppliers.

The daily work is varied and suits you if you like to take initiative, drive issues forward, and enjoy having responsibility. You work both long-term and solution-oriented, switching between planning and execution, and are equally comfortable making decisions at your desk or out in the properties. The work takes place in close dialogue with tenants, suppliers, and colleagues, where relationships are a crucial part of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cost-effective and high-quality technical property management
  • Act as the client and main contact person for external property services
  • Plan and follow up on maintenance measures
  • Drive smaller projects and tenant adaptations
  • Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with authority requirements, inspections, and safety regulations
  • Build and develop relationships with tenants and suppliers – and see opportunities even in change
