You will play a key role in the development of technical houses and stations within a complex technical environment, where construction, dimensioning, and technical calculations must maintain high quality throughout the process. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, electrical designers, and other technical specialists, while you independently drive construction issues forward. • You are responsible for the mechanical design of technical houses and stations.
• You perform technical calculations, analyses, and dimensioning to ensure robust solutions.
• You produce high-quality design documentation and technical specifications.
• You ensure that solutions meet requirements for quality, safety, standards, and regulations.
• You collaborate closely with project managers, electrical designers, and other technical specialists to drive the work forward.
• You contribute technical expertise in projects where multiple disciplines need to interact effectively.

• Several years of experience as a mechanical designer in a senior role.
• Documented experience in designing technical houses, stations, or similar facilities.
• Experience with technical calculations and dimensioning.
• Proficiency in CAD design and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and drive technical issues forward.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience from the energy, power, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with steel structures and strength calculations.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Experience with tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar CAD systems.
