In this role, you work operationally and strategically with planning, purchasing, and monitoring of our flows. You are responsible for creating the prerequisites for efficient production and ensuring that our warehouses and distribution points are always optimally balanced.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have a varied role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both processes and results. You will become an important part of our continued development within logistics and production planning.
For those with the right competence and interest, there are good opportunities to further develop within purchasing and take on greater responsibility in the area in the long term.
You will be part of a great logistics and customer service team and report to the Head of Logistics and Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning, ensuring what is to be produced in the factory
- Automated replenishment and optimization of stock levels at our sales outlets
- Requisition and purchasing from sister companies and external suppliers
- Ordering of special gases based on specific customer needs
- Handling of bottles for pressure testing and coordination with sister companies
- Reporting and reconciliation of inbound deliveries against purchases
- Analysis of sales statistics and adjustment of min/max levels (monthly)
- Inventories and follow-up of stock balances (annually)
- Follow-up of bottle balances and stock status (monthly)
- Handling of error reports and non-conforming goods, including returns
- Contribute to forecasts and data for purchasing of bottles and materials for the coming year
- Planning of warehouses, requisitions, and logistical flows
We are looking for someone who:
- Has Excel as your primary work tool
- Has strong analytical skills and can see the big picture in logistical flows
- Is structured and enjoys working both operationally and with a planning focus
- Understands how warehousing, production, and sales interact
- Is communicative and can collaborate with different functions within the organization
