Welcome to E.ON – and become part of the energy transition. In collaboration with our customers and partners, we ensure that electricity and heat are produced, used, and recycled more intelligently. If you have passion and believe in the power of teamwork, E.ON is the place for you.

About Us

Our team, Local Network Distribution Växjö, part of Local Network Business, consists of about ten employees responsible for the local network in Kronoberg County. We work with dedication and across boundaries together with our customers to build a sustainable society and drive development towards the electricity grid of the future.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in realizing the electricity grid of the future. The role involves ordering, monitoring, and closing projects related to capacity enhancement, new connections, development areas, cable relocation, reinvestment in the local network, and other customer-related measures. This means driving and following up on the execution of projects with our agreed partners, within set budgets and conditions. You will maintain close and direct contact with customers, contractors, designers, and landowners to secure the best possible electricity grid for a sustainable and reliable future.

You will primarily be active within Kronoberg, managing both urban and rural networks. The role involves fostering good internal and external contacts, such as with contractors, and acting as a contact point for municipalities and other stakeholders regarding new and reconstruction projects. Due to the spread of our operational area, day trips will occur, allowing us to meet customers on their home turf.

Your Experience

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have an interest and knowledge within electrical power, but we also welcome new competencies and experiences into the team, placing great emphasis on your personal qualities. A background in project management or contracting is considered an advantage.

We value your commitment and ability to drive both your own and the company's development. The ability to make decisions and work with a clear focus on goals are also qualities we appreciate. We expect you to work in a structured, business-like manner with a focus on quality, always keeping the customer in mind and safety as the highest priority. You are a skilled communicator who thrives in interactions with people and understands the importance of building good relationships.

What is it like working with us?

We welcome you to a helpful and open team with a supportive culture where knowledge sharing happens daily and is a prerequisite for achieving good results together. The group is characterized by joy in work, curiosity, and inclusion, where we make decisions together and drive our processes forward.

Your manager, Erik Råhlin, values participation, inclusion, and transparency, where a clear picture of our vision and goal is the driving force. Here, you will have the chance to develop and grow in an industry that constantly invests in the future!

At E.ON, we actively work with inclusion – it is crucial for driving the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe working environment with meaningful tasks and good opportunities for development. We continuously challenge ourselves to create a welcoming workplace where we hope you will thrive.

We work for a more sustainable energy society, but it is equally important that our employees have the conditions to care for their personal sustainability. Therefore, we offer excellent benefits to ensure you feel well and have a good balance between work and leisure. Some of these include reduced working hours that are higher than the industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more!

We warmly welcome you to apply and join us on the path towards a sustainable society! The last day for applications is 2026-06-16.
