Production Planner – Own the flow from order to delivery within 48 hours

This is not a role where planning is fixed from a desk chair far in advance. Here, you own a moving planning flow; you build it, adjust it, and secure the promise of delivery within 48 hours, every day. And that is where you truly shine.

You plan production for Kongamek's own assortment and for our customers. You set priorities, monitor purchasing, and drive the dialogue with production managers, sales, and procurement. You own the planning independently and report to the Production Manager. Alongside daily operations, you develop working methods and systems to strengthen the flow over time. You contribute with long-term thinking, are appreciated for your ideas, and are measured on your delivery precision.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in production planning, preferably within manufacturing industry
• Are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have a B driving license and good familiarity with business systems, preferably Monitor
• Thrive in an environment where conditions are dynamic and the pace is high
• Are confident in picking up the phone, setting demands, and making independent decisions
