About the role
As a Production Technician for our client in Växjö, you will play a central role in supporting and servicing the production operations. You will work closely with the production lines and serve as a key resource to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production.

The role focuses heavily on problem-solving and providing support where needed. You will spend a significant amount of time on the production floor, collaborating with colleagues to quickly identify and resolve issues. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position will be filled starting from week 32 and runs until the end of the year. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.

About you
We are looking for someone who is communicative, solution-oriented, and has a natural ability to build good relationships. You thrive in an operationally close role where you can combine technical skills with collaboration and communication.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have previous experience working in production, preferably as a Production Technician. You are not afraid of new challenges and enjoy a varied workload.
