The position is a permanent employment. You will report to the Production Manager in this role. The location is at our factory in Lenhovda and implies on-site presence – we believe in leadership where the action happens.

ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Production Manager with us, you have a clear mandate: to drive production forward together with the team and achieve our common goals every day. You lead a department where the pace is high, the product mix is large, and conditions may vary – but where structure, participation, and job satisfaction are constantly present.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team in daily work
• Ensure working environment, quality, and delivery security
• Work with daily follow-up of production goals and key figures
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and flows
• Plan and optimize staffing and resources together with team leaders
• Drive improvement work and development initiatives in line with Lean
• Report production results and improvement measures to the Production Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in similar tasks and/or upper secondary or post-secondary education, preferably technical, is meritorious.
• Experience in a supervisory role is meritorious.
• You are accustomed to working with manufacturing processes and developing them.
• You have good experience in working with continuous improvements and target-based management.
• You have a clear, communicative, and engaging leadership style.
• You are computer literate and navigate easily between different systems.
• You are fluent in Swedish and have a good understanding of English in both speech and writing.
