We are currently looking for engineers in the ILS/IPS (Integrated Logistic Support/Integrated Product Support) field in Helsingborg, Lund, Kristianstad, and Växjö for exciting and varied assignments within industries such as defense, industry, and infrastructure. Your Role as an ILS Consultant

As an ILS engineer, you will become a central part of creating systems that not only work - but continue to work over time.

You will work on projects related to, for example, command and control systems, marine platforms, military vehicles, flight systems, and advanced sensor systems - but also in other types of complex technical systems where operational safety, availability, and lifecycle perspectives are crucial.

In the role, you will ensure that operations, maintenance, and support are considered already in the design phase. You will work with ILS planning, requirement setting, and follow-up with suppliers. You will conduct analyses within operational safety, maintainability, availability, and lifecycle cost. You will likely work with methods such as LSA, FMECA, LORA, and LCC - or corresponding analyses within reliability engineering.

This means that you will be involved in developing maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, and spare parts solutions. You will optimize spare parts supply and contribute to efficient warehouse and supply chain solutions. You will work with technical data in PLM, PDM, or ERP systems and contribute to technical documentation and training materials. Close collaboration with project management, system engineers, operations organizations, and customers is a large part of your role.

We are looking for you who

• Are interested in technology and thrive in a role where you get to combine analysis, structure, and a holistic perspective. You have a natural ability to collaborate and create understanding between technology, business, and commerce.
• Have experience with ILS/IPS, RAMS, Lifecycle Management, or equivalent within product support.
• Have experience working with complex technical systems, preferably from a lifecycle or operational perspective.
• Have knowledge of analysis methods such as LSA, RAMS, FMECA, LORA, LCC - or equivalent within reliability and maintenance engineering.
• Have experience with maintenance planning, maintenance strategy, or work with spare parts and support solutions.
• Have experience with PLM/PDM/ERP systems or work with product data and configuration management.
• Have experience with technical documentation, requirement management, or systems engineering.

If you have worked for a few years, have industry experience, and experience driving projects, it is clearly meritorious. If you are new to the ILS field, you will be well introduced by experienced colleagues who will be available for support, and you will participate in training regarding the processes and methods used.

For us, it is a matter of course to share knowledge with each other to solve customers' needs together, as well as to continuously develop our competence and build our experience. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement for the position.

Since several of our services involve work covered by defense secrecy, it is required that you undergo and pass a security clearance check.
