Electronics Engineer at LVI – Develop technology that makes a real difference

We are now looking for an Electronics Engineer who wants to help develop the next generation of our products, from concept to finished solution.

About the role

As an Electronics Engineer, you will become a key member of our development team in Växjö. You will work through the entire product lifecycle – from requirements and concept development to verification, certification, and production launch.

The role offers an exciting mix of:

  • Electronics development
  • Embedded programming
  • System integration
  • Product development
  • Testing and verification

You will work in cross-functional teams together with colleagues in mechanics, software, production, and product management to create robust, high-quality products.

Examples of tasks

  • Design and development of electronics for new products and prototypes
  • Schematic design, PCB layout, and BOM management
  • Development and testing of embedded software (C/C++)
  • Driver development and communication interfaces
  • Integration between electronics, software, and mechanics
  • Testing, verification, and troubleshooting
  • EMC analysis and design improvements
  • Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
  • Certification work and creation of technical documentation
  • Contributing technical expertise in internal and external contexts

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A university degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in electronics and system development
  • Knowledge of embedded development, preferably C/C++
  • A good understanding of electronics design and hardware-oriented development

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Altium 365 CAD
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Embedded OS such as Yocto or Windows IoT
  • PC application development in C#
  • EMC and certification work

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a valid driver's license (Category B).
