Gemit Solutions is growing and an increasing number of customers are choosing their data analytics platform, aCurve. They are now looking for a Customer Success Engineer within Water & Wastewater (VA) & Digitalization who wants to ensure that their customers get maximum value from their digitalization initiatives. You will become the link between the customer, the product, and development – with a focus on long-term customer relationships and successful implementations.
About the role:Gemit Solutions is growing rapidly. More and more municipalities, water and wastewater utilities, and process industries are choosing their data analytics platform aCurve to make better decisions, streamline operations, and extract more value from their data. They are now looking for a Customer Success Engineer within Water & Wastewater (VA) & Digitalization who wants to become a key person in their customer team and ensure that customers get maximum value from the platform – from onboarding to long-term development. This is a role for you who combines technical understanding with strong communication skills and thrives in close dialogue with customers. In this role, you will be the customer's primary contact after the business deal is concluded. You are responsible for ensuring that customers get off to the right start, receive support during implementation, and succeed with their digitalization initiatives.
You function as the link between the customer, the product, and development – not as a programmer, but as the one who captures needs, drives progress, and ensures that the right things happen. The role involves great variety. One day you lead a workshop at a municipal water organization, the next day you hold a webinar, follow up on an implementation project, or help a customer find new opportunities in aCurve. You will work closely with customers within water, energy, and process industries and be an important part of Gemit Solutions' continued growth journey.
Your main responsibilities:- Responsible for onboarding new customers from installation to active use
- Ensure that customers reach defined goals and expected benefits
- Plan and conduct customer meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups
- Identify risks among customers and handle them proactively
- Be the first point of contact for existing customers in projects
- Document customer needs and coordinate activities internally
- Ensure that implementations are carried out according to plan
- Be the operational contact person for customers in daily work (commercial responsibility, strategic customer dialogues, and sales are still handled by the sales manager)
- Project coordination and ensuring progress and goal achievement
- Plan, coordinate, and drive smaller customer projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that activities, decisions, and deliveries are followed up and carried out according to plan.
- Function as a cohesive link between the customer, product team, and development.
- Identify risks, obstacles, and dependencies in projects and proactively drive solutions.
- Ensure that the customer receives the right support throughout the entire implementation journey.
- Responsible for ongoing status follow-up and project communication.
- Have post-secondary education in environmental and water technology or a similar field
- Have at least 2 years of experience within the water industry, for example as a process engineer, operations engineer, or water consultant …but feel that you want to get closer to customers and work more with relationships, advisory services, and business benefits than with pure technology
- Have a genuine interest in digitalization, data, and business development
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
It is meritorious if you:
- Have worked with aCurve
- Have worked as a consultant or in a customer-facing technical role
- Have experience in project management, implementation, or Customer Success
We believe you have a technical or engineering background, but above all, you are a person who likes to work with people. You are curious, communicative, and have an easy time getting to know both the customers' operations and new digital tools. You like to create structure, drive issues forward, and get things done. You thrive in customer dialogues and feel comfortable giving presentations, training, and workshops. You have a good ability to understand operational needs and translate them into concrete solutions. Finally, you are structured, can handle several parallel projects simultaneously, and take responsibility for driving activities to completion.
