You will lead and work operationally with plumbing and HVAC installations within contracting projects, focusing on new construction, office and premises adaptations, as well as energy projects. The work is exclusively directed towards business customers in larger projects. The role also involves working to some extent with renovations and riser replacements, as well as ensuring high quality and good progress in the projects. The projects are primarily located in Stockholm and the surrounding area.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• 5 years of experience in plumbing and HVAC work with broad competence.
• Plumbing and HVAC certification.
• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license.
