As a Cost Estimator at M3 Bygg, you will join early in the process and play a central role in calculating and shaping the prerequisites for the company's ROT projects. The primary work area will be within the Greater Stockholm region.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents
• Analyze risks and opportunities in projects
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support the project team with financial data throughout the entire project process

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation and/or quantity surveying within the construction industry
• Experience with large-scale ROT projects
• Familiarity with systems such as Bidcon, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
