About the role

Your role as a contract engineer will be to support foremen and site managers with economic and administrative tasks. You will work with production planning, contract administration, and participate in cost estimation. Other duties include assisting with purchasing, attending construction meetings, liaising with client representatives, and handling economic adjustments (e.g., ÄTA) with both customers and subcontractors. You will also actively participate in the ongoing economic follow-up of projects. The position offers many social contacts, challenges, and opportunities for development.

The position is full-time with a start date as agreed.

About you

We are looking for you who are educated as a civil engineer or construction engineer, or have equivalent work experience. We see that you have experience in areas such as economics and contract issues, are stress-resistant, and can juggle multiple tasks. It is meritorious if you have worked as a contract engineer in construction, but this is not a requirement. You are a self-motivated and engaged person who likes to take charge and has a sense of what needs to be done. You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and a Class B driver's license is required. The role involves many contacts, which is why we place great importance on you being service-oriented, communicative, and having good collaboration skills with people.
