We offer an interesting position as Assistant Project Manager for New Production in our market area of Southern Scania (Skåne Sydväst).

What will you do?

You will assist responsible project managers and project directors in new construction projects. Among other things, you will support design work, preparation of tender documents and contract documents, as well as participate in construction meetings. You will also provide support regarding interior design and optional extras.

The role also involves working with post-market issues, which includes participating in inspections, handling inspection remarks, and managing warranty cases received from our customers. The work as warranty manager involves extensive dialogue with our customers.

In addition to collaborating with responsible project managers and project directors within the Housing business area, you will work closely with our property management through various stages of the projects.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a university degree in engineering with a focus on construction or surveying. In addition to your education, you have a few years of experience from the construction industry, either as an employee or a consultant.

You are proactive, responsible, and have the ability to identify and meet customer needs while acting professionally. You are good at collaborating with different parties, have the ability to see the big picture, and work diligently to achieve set goals. The work can sometimes be fast-paced, which means you need to be able to identify which tasks need to be done and prioritized. You have a high service orientation and good administrative skills. You express yourself well both orally and in writing.

The position is a permanent full-time employment based at our office in Malmö, but work at other locations within the market area may occur.

A driver's license and access to a personal car are required for this position.
