At Sustend, we are growing and are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Malmö.

Here, you will drive projects from early needs analysis to final delivery, working closely with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Our assignments cover both commercial and public properties, with both national and international clients.

We are looking for someone who wants to combine technical understanding with business acumen and thrives in a role where relationships, structure, and personal responsibility are crucial for success.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating projects throughout the entire process – from planning to handover.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading projects from requirement specification to final inspection and handover
• Being responsible for schedules, budgets, and project monitoring
• Coordinating contractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders
• Handling procurements, contracts, and change orders
• Ensuring quality, working environment, and good documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years of experience from construction contracting, for example in site management, procurement, or a similar role
• Has a good understanding of the construction process and contracting activities
• Has relevant academic education in construction, engineering, or equivalent
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Has a valid driver’s license (Category B)
