Do you want to work in a varied role where technology, customer contact, and problem-solving meet in everyday life? Swerock is now looking for an engaged process technician for our concrete plant in Ystad.

In this central role, you will ensure that the right concrete is delivered with high quality to our customers throughout Scania (Skåne).

About the role

From our facilities, we produce and deliver concrete for both small and large projects in the region. The role of process technician is broad and varied, with a focus on production, quality, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Process control and concrete production
• Planning and coordination of deliveries and concrete trucks
• Daily contact with customers, drivers, and suppliers
• Sampling and quality assurance on-site at customer locations
• Ongoing maintenance and simpler repairs at the facilities
• Continuous improvement and development work within the operations

You will be based in Ystad but will also support our other facilities.

The position is full-time with standard working hours Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:30.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. Experience from the process industry, production, or similar operations is an advantage.

You will be an important representative for Swerock in our contact with customers, which is why we value a professional and service-oriented attitude.

We appreciate that you have good computer skills, and a valid Class B driver's license is a requirement.

Experience in the concrete industry and concrete training Class I or II are advantageous, but most importantly, we value the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong engagement.
