Nefab Packaging Sweden AB has an annual turnover of approximately 700 MSEK and employs around 350 people. The company is responsible for the Swedish market and has its own production in Runemo, Skultuna, Staffanstorp, and Alingsås, as well as an office in Jönköping.

About the role
As a production worker, you are responsible for contributing to the production of the company's packaging solutions in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with other functions within production.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manufacturing, nailing, and assembly of wooden packaging products.
• Handling and monitoring of sawmills, as well as basic adjustments of nail guns.
• Conducting quality control checks.
• Material handling and internal logistics.
• Active participation in creating a safe and efficient working environment.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You take responsibility for your work, have a good structure in your working methods, and contribute to smooth operations. The position involves working in an occasionally challenging environment where dirt/dust and heavy lifting are common – something you see as a natural part of the job and are not afraid of.

Education and language
To be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:

• Valid forklift license.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English.

It is meritorious if you also have a crane operator license and experience from the wood industry or other production activities.

Terms of employment

• Location: Staffanstorp
• Working hours: Daytime 07:00–16:00
• Employment type: As agreed, we apply a 6-month probation period.
• Collective agreement applies.
