PropTech Energy is a group of ten innovative and expanding companies consisting of Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, KEAB and Engi. Job Responsibilities

As an energy technician with us at Ömangruppen, you work with service tasks within areas such as ventilation, control/regulation, cooling, and heat/energy. You ensure that your work out at our customers' sites leads to well-maintained facilities with reduced energy and operating costs. You establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers. You are responsible for independently driving projects.

• Service and maintenance
• Conduct troubleshooting
• Perform minor service installations
• Balancing and control/regulation
• Emergency service at customer sites
• Upselling

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Good technical knowledge and at least 5 years of experience within the ventilation industry
• Good system familiarity
• Good knowledge of Office
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Meritorious with work experience within cooling/refrigeration
• Meritorious with a refrigeration certificate
