As a Property and Security Coordinator, you have overall and coordinating responsibility for property and security matters within Nära vård och hälsa's operations. The role involves close collaboration with the administration's operations, Regionfastigheter, and other regional administrations to ensure that our premises and security solutions support the needs of the operations.

The main location is in Malmö, but the assignment covers operations throughout Skåne, which means travel is part of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property and Security Coordinator, you work among other things with supporting and guiding our operations in planning, construction, and change processes when there are changing space requirements. This means that you independently lead and drive projects where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, following up, and driving projects from needs analysis to implementation and completion.

In the role, you work on the tenant side where Regionfastigheter is always our landlord, and you have close collaboration with property managers. Your task is to ensure that healthcare receives the services that have been ordered and that the operations are conducted in premises that meet set requirements and standards. You lead and coordinate projects regarding space changes, operational relocations, renovations, and security development, and handle cases related to property, service, premises, and security.

"As a property coordinator, I work both operationally and strategically. One day I handle issues that affect the operations here and now, such as space and maintenance cases, and the next day I work on planning for upcoming space changes, renovations, or investments. The role involves many contact surfaces where I coordinate and drive issues between the operations, Regionfastigheter, and external suppliers to create well-functioning and purposeful premises," describes Sandra, who is a property coordinator.

Furthermore, you participate in and coordinate working groups within renovation and space change projects and are responsible for ordering space changes and property-related equipment. You work with security issues related to physical security, alarm, and access systems and ensure that legal requirements, regional guidelines, and internal routines are followed within the area of responsibility. The assignment also includes being responsible for contacts and collaboration with Regionfastigheter, other regional administrations, suppliers, and external partners. You work with investment management and follow-up of property-related measures, as well as handling and following up on incidents and contributing to the administration's crisis and preparedness work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education in property management, security, project management, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Additionally, you have experience working with property and/or security issues, preferably in a larger organization. It is a prerequisite that you have experience of project management or project coordination within the property, construction, or security sector, as well as experience of construction processes, space changes, and drawing interpretation. You have good administrative skills and experience working in various digital systems. Additionally, you have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have a valid B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have experience from healthcare and understand how premises affect the daily life of the operations. If you have also worked with physical security or security-related property issues, we see this as very valuable. We also view positively experience from politically governed organizations and systematic work with security issues.

As a person, you are structured, self-initiating, and have a strong ability to drive the work forward. You feel secure in a project-leading role and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on activities to achieve set goals. At the same time, you are receptive and skilled at creating good relationships and engagement with different stakeholders. To succeed in the role, you need to enjoy working both strategically and operationally and can flexibly handle several parallel projects and cases simultaneously. This includes, among other things, mobile teams and specialized palliative care, reception operations within close care, acute care within close care, 1177 by phone, as well as some region-wide common functions. In addition, the administration is responsible for the development and follow-up of the transition to close care in Region Skåne. The number of employees is estimated to be around 1,000.
