Main Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation work in air-raid shelters according to drawings and instructions during new production, ROT projects, and repair of older shelters
• Plan daily work and collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues
• Administer your tasks in projects, report time, material consumption, documentation, and place material orders

You will be based at our office in Löddeköpinge. The position is full-time and permanent. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00. Planned start date is as soon as possible.

You are serious and responsible, and you speak and write Swedish fluently. You take responsibility and ownership of your tasks and can independently find solutions to problems in your daily work at the customer's site. For us, the right person is absolutely crucial. You are also our "eyes" to spot new business opportunities and can create upselling in our deals and assignments.

Requirements for Success

• 2–10 years of relevant experience in, for example, property, construction, or as an installer
• Good proficiency in handling tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions
• Experience working with computer support and mobile applications
• Ability to read drawings and standard solutions
• Good communication skills internally and with customers
• A valid Category B driver's license is required.

You do not need previous experience working with air-raid shelters, but it is highly advantageous if you have it. It is also advantageous if you have previous experience with concrete work (Concrete Class 1), hot work/welding, electrical work (with certification), or pipe/sprinkler work.
