Rumsverk is a consultancy firm within construction and property development that supports large commercial property owners throughout the entire project journey, from tender documents and design to procurement and project management. We work with industrial, logistics, and office properties and are now entering an exciting growth phase.

About the role

As a Project Manager at Rumsverk, you work on behalf of the client and drive projects from early stages to completion. You will also work with contracting support, which means close collaboration with contractors during the production phase to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.

The role includes among other things:

• Project management for clients in construction and renovation projects
• Contracting support and ongoing dialogue with contractors on-site
• Follow-up of schedule, economy, and quality throughout the process
• Close collaboration with property owners, consultants, and contractors

Who we are looking for

• Civil Engineer or University College Engineer degree in construction/civil engineering
• 10+ years of professional experience from the industry
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, e.g., as site manager or similar, within contracting activities or alternatively as Project Manager on the client side/consultancy firm.
• Accustomed to moving between strategic and operational work, from the negotiation table to the construction site
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with both clients and contractors
