Nämndemansgården in Blentarp is a well-known organization within addiction treatment that has been helping people live better lives since 1987. Here, we work in a beautiful and calm environment in the heart of Skåne, where properties, premises, and outdoor areas are an important part of the daily lives of our clients and employees.

We are now looking for a caretaker/building maintenance worker who wants to take responsibility for the daily maintenance of our properties, buildings, vehicles, and outdoor areas.

About the position: As a caretaker/building maintenance worker with us, you will have a broad and varied job. You are responsible for ensuring that our properties function well and that the environment is pleasant, safe, and well-maintained.

The work includes, among other things:

• Repairs and troubleshooting
• Practical problem-solving in everyday life
• Gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Responsibility for service and maintenance of the organization's vehicles
• Painting and general maintenance
• Simple construction and carpentry work
• Basic electrical and electronics work
• Basic plumbing work
• Supervision of ventilation and heating systems
• Maintenance of electronic door lock systems
• Contact and coordination with craftsmen and suppliers
• Documentation of completed work and measures

It is an advantage if you have experience in property maintenance, construction, plumbing, ventilation, electricity, or similar areas.
