Do you want to help create the workplaces of the future?

We are looking for someone who can drive complex relocation and establishment projects to create real value for our customers – the tenants – by preparing their premises for move-in. Here, you will work with engaged colleagues in areas ranging from workplace strategy to property law, in an environment where self-leadership and collaboration are at the center.

Your role – from lease agreement to move-in ready premises

Initially, you will have a role as a sub-project manager in one of our larger customer teams, primarily working on relocation projects for a specific customer in Helsingborg. There, you will be the classic "spider in the web," working closely with the customer's organization, other sub-projects, and suppliers. You will be responsible for developing relocation plans that work for the customer's business, communicating with all relevant parties, handling tenders for moving companies, and – last but not least – being on-site with the customer before and after to map, prepare, and control the physical relocation movements.

In the long term, we see you taking broader responsibility for other establishment projects, with a more overarching role where you coordinate project teams and hold larger projects with multiple sub-projects together. You will lead project meetings, handle tenders, and represent the tenant in construction meetings. You ensure that the change is anchored among all relevant parties and that each premise becomes a place for future work.

You are a project manager who has

A few years of experience driving relocation, establishment, or premises projects, as well as:

  • The ability to handle multiple parallel tracks and stakeholders
  • A problem-solving mindset with structure and initiative
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • A high degree of curiosity, lack of pretension, and confidence in leading yourself and others.
  • You thrive in change, like taking responsibility, and seek a working life where you can contribute meaningfully, together with others.
  • Curiosity about AI and smarter ways of working
  • An academic degree and training/certification in project management methodology (preferably PRINCE2)

Since the work in the first few years will primarily be in the Helsingborg region, we see either that you are living there or nearby, but also that you can/want to be on-site at one of our offices in Gothenburg or Stockholm at regular intervals for proximity to colleagues and so that you become and feel like part of our team! Or you live in Gothenburg or Stockholm but can be on-site in Helsingborg for the majority of the time in the coming years 2026–2028.

Our culture – self-leadership, trust, and development

We have a strong culture of trust, courage, and care. We work in a network-based organization without managers, where we lead ourselves but always support each other. Business acumen is a given, which also means that relationship building and sales are natural parts of the role. We believe in growing. Here, you can be your whole self, contribute with your strengths, and develop in meaningful assignments.

Does this sound exciting?
