About the role

As a groundworker, you will work with various types of ground and infrastructure tasks within both larger and smaller projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Excavation and ground preparation
• Piping and cable laying
• Drainage work
• Laying curbstones and fine leveling
• Setting up construction fencing and barriers
• Operating small machinery and measuring tools such as plate compactors and laser levels

The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with site management and other colleagues on site.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in ground and infrastructure work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Are responsible, structured, and quality-conscious
• Have good teamwork skills and a professional attitude
• Enjoy practical and physical outdoor work
• Can work efficiently and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Meritorious qualifications:

• Certificate for Working on Roads
• Hot Work and Safe Lifting certificates
• BE driving license
• Experience working on larger infrastructure projects or machinery experience

Employment type

The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with the possibility of extension depending on project development and business needs.
