About the role

As a Project Manager at Malmberg Energy, you are responsible for driving biogas projects in Sweden and the rest of the European market, from startup and planning to commissioning and handover to the customer. You lead the project team, coordinate internal functions and external parties, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality.

You work closely with sales, the technical organization, procurement, production, and suppliers, playing a key role in both technical and strategic decisions during the projects. The work involves planning, scheduling, financial monitoring, as well as handling contracting forms and agreements. Manufacturing takes place in Yngsjö, which means frequent contact with production, and some travel occurs in connection with project startup and follow-up.

Your profile

You have a few years of experience in project management within a technical field and feel confident driving projects with many contact points. You are educated as a university engineer in technology or have equivalent competence through relevant professional experience. Experience from civil engineering contracting, energy, or process industry is meritorious, as is an interest in international projects.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in a role with significant responsibility and have good communication skills towards customers, colleagues, and partners. You have negotiation experience, a business-minded approach, and the ability to combine technology with customer and business value. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
