About the role

As a Project Manager here, you are responsible for the entire project journey, from initial customer contact and quotation to planning, execution, follow-up, and invoicing. You drive your own projects with full responsibility for economy, quality, working environment, and personnel. You become the customer's natural contact throughout the project and work closely with our group leaders and fitters to ensure that every delivery meets the quality that ABC Scaffolding is known for. You report to the Unit Manager and become an important part of our team in Skåne. Our office is located in Veberöd, and the position is based at the office.

Your responsibilities

• Process customers, receive inquiries, and prepare quotations
• Visit job sites and develop the best scaffolding solution for the customer
• Plan projects from start to finish regarding materials, personnel, logistics, and potential subcontractors
• Ensure we deliver the right scaffolding at the right time
• Responsible for project budgets, results, invoicing, and profitability
• Participate in construction meetings and build long-term customer relationships
• Lead, support, and develop group leaders and fitters
• Responsible for holiday planning and participate in recruitment
• Follow up on project status and economy together with the Unit Manager
• Ensure our requirements regarding quality, environment, and working environment are met in all projects

Who are you?

You have experience from the construction scaffolding industry and know how a project works, from initial customer contact to final delivery. Perhaps you currently work as a Project Manager or Foreman with customer responsibility and are ready for the next step.

You are a person who takes responsibility, enjoys doing business, and thrives with many contact points. You are clear in your communication, have thick skin, and dare to have the conversations required to move projects forward.

When the phone rings, you answer. When a problem arises, you find a solution. You are simply a doer who gets things done.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the construction scaffolding industry
• Experience in project management and customer responsibility
• A business-minded approach and experience in sales or quotation work
• Experience in planning personnel, materials, and projects
• Good economic understanding and habit of working towards budgets and results
• Category B driver's license
