COWI's other operations within house construction, environment, water, energy, industry, and urban planning are also located at the office. In total, we are approximately 70 people at the office near Triangeln station.

Construction Project Manager

As a construction project manager, you are offered freedom under responsibility and a variety of diverse tasks. You plan and organize your work independently, giving you great opportunities to influence your daily life. Your responsibilities as a project manager include:

  • planning and leading your own projects through the entire construction process
  • representing COWI through direct contact with the client
  • collaborating with other COWI units and building relationships

In addition to the project manager role, you are also expected to be able to act in other roles, such as design and/or construction manager, and contribute to the development of the business in Malmö. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you have good networking skills and contribute to marketing efforts by finding new business and developing long-term relationships with clients.

Experience and qualifications

As a project manager with us, you have a great responsibility for driving our assignments forward. You have an interest in sustainability issues as well as technical and digital development within construction. You are business-minded and ensure that our customers' expectations are exceeded, which we believe you do by having:

  • a university degree in engineering or other post-secondary construction technology education
  • worked for at least 8 years as a project or design manager in construction projects (as a client or consultant)
  • completed at least one construction project worth at least 50 million SEK in the last three years as a project or design manager
  • a large network in the construction industry

Additional qualifications

We see certain key qualifications as extra meritorious, and we believe you will fit this position especially well if you have one or more of the following qualifications:

  • experience with complex or installation-dense renovations
  • certified project manager (PMP, Prince2, IPMA or equivalent)
  • certified KA

Our business idea is to deliver a complete range of integrated project management services, from idea and analysis to implementation and operation phase. We want to offer our customers personal commitment through qualified employees within project/construction management and Construction Management (CM). Our projects mainly cover new and renovation projects within house and industrial construction, where we have assignments concerning, among other things, housing, retail, offices, healthcare, schools, industry, sports halls, and cultural buildings.
