We are looking for a Project Manager for the Four Tracks Lund project for Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration).

This is a consultancy assignment based in Lund.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to coordinate the various technical blocks within the "Four Tracks Lund" project and support Trafikverket's project managers in strategic work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling legal issues in railway plan contracts
• Coordination between technical areas and ensuring joint progress
• Managing interfaces and dependencies within the various railway technical areas
• Participating in schedule management (timetabling)
• Contributing railway technical expertise to constructability issues
• Supporting strategic decision-making and prioritization within the project
• Risk management and follow-up of critical issues
• Support in procurement strategy and preparation of tender documents
• Support in the startup and management of consultants and contractors
• Coordination prior to decision points, meetings, and reporting
• Ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer within the project organization

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

a) At least 10 years of work experience in a leadership role on the client side in projects with a turnover of >250 MSEK.

b) During the last 10 years, the consultant must have carried out at least two assignments where they held a leading position within railway projects. Each assignment must have lasted at least 6 months with an occupancy rate over 50% of a full-time position.

c) Must be a certified SOS leader.

d) Must have led the approval process for the General Body and Accredited Body in at least one railway project.

e) At least 6 months of experience in construction/reconstruction and commissioning of signaling with interlocking systems 85 and 95.

f) Experience in a leadership role in the procurement process in at least one project with a turnover of >1000 MSEK.
