RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as an Industrial Worker, your main tasks will involve working in production with varying duties. The role is broad and may include work in several parts of the manufacturing process, such as assembly, machine monitoring, and quality control.

As an Industrial Worker, you will:

• Work with production and assembly according to instructions
• Monitor and operate machines and production equipment
• Perform quality checks and contribute to high product quality
• Follow safety routines, order, and structure in production
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to improvement work

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. You enjoy practical work and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You are flexible, quality-conscious, and adaptable to different tasks.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience from industry, production, or manufacturing environments (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work shifts
• Good physical condition and willingness to work practically

Meritorious:

• Experience in assembly, machine operation, or production
• Technical interest
• Forklift license
• Experience in quality work or improvement projects

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Industrial Worker is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least six months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client in the Ystad area. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.
