About the role

As a Project Engineer, you will have a unique opportunity to develop in a coordinating role, working closely with experienced project managers. You will be introduced to a large-scale project environment and gain valuable knowledge in construction, environmental, and property issues.

The project focuses on environmental impact and quality of life, which means frequent contact with external contractors, property owners, and the general public.

Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you act as the project manager's right hand and support daily operations and administration. Your main tasks include:

  • Supporting planning, administration, and follow-up of finances, schedules, and risks.
  • Documenting and quality-assuring work regarding environment, safety, and working conditions.
  • Participating in construction and contracting meetings and compiling materials for delivery follow-up.
  • Managing ongoing dialogue and coordination with property owners and private individuals via phone and email.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a university degree of at least 180 credits within the sector of societal planning, where we would like to see that you have studied urban planning, societal planning, or a similar focus.
  • Have previous work experience in project administration.
  • Have strong drive and the willingness to quickly take on personal responsibility with a fearless attitude towards new tasks.
  • Have very good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, as communication will take place in Swedish in the role.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
