Timmergården Fastigheter is looking for a business-driven and entrepreneurial Project Developer who wants to contribute to our continued growth. In this role, you will have a key position in identifying new business opportunities, driving development projects, and creating long-term value through close collaboration with municipalities, landowners, tenants, and partners.

Timmergården Fastigheter is part of a family-owned group with roots in NP Nilsson, which was founded as early as 1907. With over a century of experience in construction, trade, and property management, we have built strong competence and understanding of both property development and long-term ownership.

Based on this foundation, Timmergården Fastigheter has emerged as a natural business area within the group, focusing on the development, ownership, and management of commercial properties. Today, we primarily work with external trade and commercial sites, while also developing and managing properties linked to the group's operations.

About the Role

As a Project Developer, you will play a key role in the company's continued development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving projects from idea to implementation.

The work involves both strategic land and business development as well as project management of selected projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land and development opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with landowners, municipalities, and partners.
• Conduct market analyses, calculations, and investment assessments.
• Participate in negotiations regarding land acquisition and development agreements.
• Drive detailed planning and development processes.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, and other external resources.
• Be responsible for schedules, economics, and follow-up in assigned projects.
• Ensure that projects are developed in line with the company's business goals and quality requirements.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have experience in property development, land development, or project management within the construction and property sector. You have a strong business focus and are driven by creating new opportunities and turning ideas into reality.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have a relevant higher education in areas such as property economics, urban planning, surveying, or building technology.
• Have experience in project development, land development, or property development.
• Have a good understanding of planning processes, property law, and project calculations.
• Are accustomed to driving issues independently and taking initiative.
• Are a skilled relationship builder and negotiator.
• Have a structured way of working and good business acumen.
