Your Responsibilities

As a Constructor, you will become an important colleague in our construction team within the technical department. We work with individual houses, group houses, and project houses, where your main responsibility will be to prepare manufacturing drawings for our factory, which produces wall elements, as well as assembly drawings for the construction site. The role also involves preparing technical documentation for municipalities prior to technical consultations.

As a Constructor, you will have contact with our A-drafters, site managers, and production managers at our factory. You will also participate in various internal meetings and contribute to developing new working methods, technical solutions, and new products. You will report to our Architect and Construction Manager.

Your Background and Skills

We are looking for you who have a university or university college degree, or a university college diploma, with a focus on building technology. You have several years of experience in construction work within the building industry or in housing development and production, preferably within prefabrication of small houses.

You have good knowledge of building regulations regarding housing. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge in building dimensioning, building physics, and energy calculations. To get up to speed relatively quickly, you need to have good experience with Revit. If you have also worked with other CAD programs, this is a plus. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We place great importance on your personal qualities! To fit the role, you need to be business-minded, service-oriented, structured, solution-oriented, and responsible. Furthermore, you have experience driving your projects forward and are good at streamlining and optimizing your work methods.
