In the Riks Region Syd, JM develops several residential projects in Malmö, Lund, and the surrounding area. Several projects are currently in production, and more are being prepared for construction starts in 2026 and 2027. Therefore, we are now looking for more dedicated foremen who want to help shape the future of housing.

As a foreman with us, you will become part of a stable and market-leading company. You will work closely with competent and engaged colleagues on projects that have significant impact, both for society and for people's daily lives.

About the role

As a foreman, you are responsible for the planning, management, and coordination of personnel and subcontractors on site. You ensure that health and safety regulations and quality standards are met, and you monitor production regarding costs, schedules, and logistics. You have tools at your disposal, including production schedules, cost estimates, our business system, and of course, support from managers and colleagues.

For you as a foreman, this means you can focus more energy on finding solutions that are unique to your specific project. We continuously develop our processes, and to leverage our employees' knowledge and experience, we systematically handle improvement suggestions from you and your colleagues. We focus on order and discipline and place great emphasis on health and safety work at our construction sites.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience in construction production in a leading role – preferably from new residential construction. We prefer that you have an engineering degree, but we also welcome applicants with several years of experience as skilled tradespeople. The role requires a valid driver's license (Category B), good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written), and good computer skills.

Above all, we look for someone who is passionate about leadership. Furthermore, you are structured in your approach and enjoy working methodically. You think long-term and always keep safety and quality in focus. It is also important that you are clear and can communicate effectively with different people.
