Power Heat Piping is growing – and we are now looking for an experienced Lead Fitter who wants to help build tomorrow's industrial solutions together with us. You will be based at Energihamnen in Malmö, but work may also take place at other locations.

Your role with us

As a Lead Fitter, you are the hub on-site. You lead the daily work, coordinate the team, and ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You work closely with project managers, foremen, fitters, and welders, becoming an important representative for Power Heat at the customer's site.

You will among other things:

• Plan and distribute work on-site
• Lead and support fitters and welders in their daily work
• Ensure quality, working environment, and safety according to customer requirements and regulations
• Act as the link between production and project management
• Last but not least, contribute to order, structure, and strong teamwork!

We are looking for someone who…

Is a confident and experienced fitter with natural leadership qualities. You like taking responsibility, creating structure, and getting people to work together towards common goals.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are:

• Positive and solution-oriented, and thrive in varying work environments
• Responsible and quality-conscious
• Accustomed to working independently but with a focus on team spirit
• Comfortable with change and development – we are in an expansion phase

Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial pipe fitting and welding (minimum five years)
• Good ability to read installation drawings and isometrics
• Experience leading work on-site is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage
• Category B driver's license
