As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and coordinating work related to damages, primarily fire and water damage. You will work closely with both customers and employees, playing a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our projects. The role involves budget and personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 6 employees. You report to the Regional Manager and are part of the regional management group, which consists of 4 additional Team Leaders.

About You

You have the ability to lead others, create engagement and structure, as well as a drive to develop both yourself and the business. Being a team player is essential, as we all work towards the same goal.

You also have:

• Experience with costing (in MEPS)
• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
• Experience working within fire restoration and debris handling
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
