About the Role

Prima Bemanning & Logistik is currently seeking an experienced wheel loader operator for our major client in Malmö, within the waste management and sanitation sector. You will work as a consultant through us, with excellent opportunities for permanent employment directly with the client company in the long term.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wheel loaders in connection with loading, sorting, and moving materials within recycling or sanitation operations.
• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs of the vehicle.
• Follow safety regulations and work according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues in production and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a machine operator specializing in wheel loaders.
• Valid machine operator certificate for wheel loaders.
• Good physical condition and strong work ethic.
• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and understanding).

Employment Details

• You will be employed by Prima Bemanning & Logistik and work on assignment for the client.
• Working Hours: Weekdays. Week 1: 06:30–15:30, Week 2: 08:00–17:00 (alternating every other week).
• Start Date: According to agreement.
