Your responsibilities

As a Network Technician, you will work to ensure that our clients' network environments function optimally, are secure, and well-structured.

You will be responsible for:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining switches, routers, and firewalls
• Troubleshooting network traffic, communication issues, and performance problems
• Working with WLAN environments, access points, and controllers
• Ensuring redundancy, monitoring, and capacity planning
• Working with network segmentation, VPN, and other security-related functions
• Participating in change management and improving network architecture
• Documenting network solutions and changes

Your profile

You thrive in a technical role, are curious, and have a genuine interest in networking and infrastructure. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and enjoy collaborating with both teams and clients. You appreciate variety and have the drive to develop further in this field.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Network Technician or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of switches, routers, and firewall environments
• Experience with troubleshooting in complex networks
• Very good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and routing
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Fortinet environments
• Knowledge in wireless networks and WLAN design
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)
• Experience in network security, VPN, segmentation, or firewall policies
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP
