We are now looking for an experienced M365 specialist for a long-term assignment with a public sector organization in Stockholm. Here, you will contribute your deep technical competence while being a key person in a team that works strategically, long-term, and in close collaboration with the business operations.

Your responsibilities

In the role of M365 specialist, you work broadly and deeply with the entire Microsoft 365 platform, including Azure, Entra ID, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange. You develop, evaluate, and document technical solutions while driving development and improvements in the environment. The work involves automating processes and workflows, including via PowerShell, as well as handling security administration to ensure a robust and secure M365 environment. You are also responsible for feasibility studies, analyses, and implementations related to the platform.

The role requires continuous monitoring of the external environment, where you follow Microsoft's roadmap and translate new features into practical recommendations. You work both independently and in close collaboration with teams and other relevant functions.

Requirements

• University education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in senior system administration in Microsoft 365
• Good experience with M365 automation and PowerShell
• Experience with security administration in M365
• Documented habit of designing and evaluating technical solutions
• Experience with feasibility studies, analyses, or implementations within M365
• Good communication skills, including fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
