As our customer grows, they are now looking for reinforcement for their consulting team within Infrastructure and Networking in Solna. We are looking for you who are a network technician, have worked with infrastructure, and want to become the customer's star in the field.

The position starts as a consulting assignment with the ambition to transition to the customer.

Your responsibilities

In the role of network and infrastructure specialist, you will work with:

• Routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Ensuring a stable and secure IT infrastructure
• Configuring and implementing solutions
• Acting as an advisor in both networking and infrastructure
• Participating in strategic planning and optimization
• Documenting and reporting technical solutions

In addition to network solutions, you will also:

• Work with server and data center infrastructure, including virtualization
• Participate in the implementation and operation of systems at customers

You will become part of a team of seven people who work closely together to deliver robust and efficient IT solutions.

Your profile and qualifications

To thrive in the role, you enjoy and are driven by providing good service and working hard towards both individual and common goals. You are cooperative, enjoy working in a team, and are flexible in your approach. Sometimes the pace is very high and can vary from day to day, so it is important that you are good at handling pace changes and like the approach of jumping in when and where it is needed.

You have a strong technical interest, are self-motivated, and stress-resistant. In your work, you will take significant personal responsibility and will work independently and in groups. You bring new energy and are a good team player.

To fit the role, you need to have several competencies within:

• 8–10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on networking and infrastructure
• Cisco products (ISE, Meraki, WLC, Nexus)
• Fortinet firewalls
• Sophos security solutions
• Experience with server and data center infrastructure, including virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
