Here we work with idea-based B2B sales – meaning only against businesses – we collaborate with well-known organizations such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, Småföretagarnas Riksförbund, and Stiftelsen Aktiv Skola. These are meaningful sales assignments that make a difference in society.

💼 What we offer:

• Base salary according to collective agreement (24,458 SEK) + commission – you control your own income!
• Private office room and modern facilities – work undisturbed but never alone; be yourself and put your mark on your room. The work environment is important when you spend a lot of time at work.
• Training and coaching from day one – previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement. You will receive all basic training you might need, dedicated sales coaches, and once you are warmed up, you will be integrated into our unique training program EKIR (Engagement-Competence-Effort-Result).
• Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30 – this is a 37.5-hour work week. When you reach your sales targets, you can also choose to leave earlier.
• Off on red days, bridge days, and weekends – hard work should pay off; we value your leisure time and recovery.
• Collective agreement with Unionen, we also offer a wellness allowance and a favorable bicycle scheme.

📅 Practical:

The position is a full-time employment starting with a six-month fixed-term contract, followed by a permanent contract.
