Our company is an integrated part of HTS BeSafe AS, where we are responsible for customer service, quality, warehousing, and purchasing, as well as functions such as marketing, sales, and finance. We are a wonderful team of 5 employees who together are responsible for supporting our salespeople and customers, both retailers and consumers, by receiving orders via email and phone, answering questions on social media, managing our car seat rental system, handling complaints, and repairing seats.

What does the role involve?

Petra and Filippa are looking for a new colleague, Quality and Service Assistant, to join our Quality and Service Center (QSC), which is part of our Customer Support. Here, we work with complaints and quality, focusing on providing our customers with the best possible service.

In the role of employee at QSC, you will specialize in our car seats. You will gain in-depth product knowledge and learn to repair our car seats. The work involves daily contact with both consumers and retailers via email and phone. You are also responsible for registering incoming cases in our complaints module.

You will work closely with an experienced colleague who has held the role for several years. Together, you will develop and take our QSC in Jönköping to the next level.

To thrive in the role, you need the right attitude and qualities:

  • In the complaints section, it is important to be curious, structured, orderly, and solution-oriented. You should enjoy tinkering, handling, and understanding how our products work. A creative mind and the motto "problems are there to be solved" will take you far.
  • You also need to be confident in communicating with customers and have good computer skills.

Qualities

  • Structured and helpful, with a desire to work in Support.
  • Motivated by delivering world-class support.
  • Accommodating in your approach and highly interested in keeping the customer in focus.
  • Ability to drive tasks forward and to completion.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of German, spoken and written, is a bonus.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Administrative ability.
  • Comfortable with meetings in Teams, both internal and external.
  • Forklift license (Truckkort).

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–16:00 (lunch 12:00–12:30).

A collective agreement applies. The position is linked to Handels (warehouse).
