Healthcare Centre Nöbbelöv is located on the outskirts of Lund with good commuting opportunities. The centre is relatively small, with just under 9,000 registered patients from both urban and rural areas. We are a well-functioning and patient-focused healthcare unit capable of caring for the whole family. We are very pleased with the high trust our registered patients have in us, and we work continuously to maintain this. We offer a wide range of healthcare services with several clinics, including physician and district nurse clinics, specialist clinics for nurses, as well as clinics for child health services, physiotherapy, psychology, and access to occupational therapists and dietitians.
Our healthcare centre is also an Academic Healthcare Centre (AVC) with research connections, regularly participating in clinical studies and maintaining close collaboration with the Centre for Primary Care Research.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Medical Secretary with us, you are a close operational support. This involves largely working with administrative tasks, such as medical documentation, medical record writing, and referral handling. Your duties include, among other things, dictation transcription, calling patients from doctors' waiting lists, mail handling, referral monitoring and registration, reception work, and scanning.
As a Medical Secretary, you play a vital role in ensuring the daily operations at the healthcare centre run smoothly and that patient safety remains high. QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you if you have a certified education in Health and Social Care Administration (80p KY/400p YH) or equivalent Medical Secretary training. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of medical terminology are also requirements. Furthermore, good computer skills are a prerequisite for the position. We consider good language skills in English, both spoken and written, to be meritorious. It is also advantageous if you have previous experience working in primary care and/or knowledge of the PMO system.
