We are looking for an engaged and structured Quality and Sustainability Coordinator who wants to contribute to developing and ensuring our work within quality, environment, and sustainability.

About the role

As the Quality and Sustainability Coordinator, you play a central role in supporting the organization in quality management and sustainability issues. You work closely with management and employees, ensuring that our processes maintain high quality and develop in line with current requirements and goals.

Responsibilities (strategic and operational)

• Develop and implement the organization's strategy for quality, environment, and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Define goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans for quality and sustainability work
• Responsible for sustainability reporting (e.g., CSRD, GRI, or similar frameworks)
• Ensure that sustainability work is integrated into business strategy and operational plans
• Coordinate and follow up on quality and environmental management systems
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality and sustainability
• Drive concrete improvement and sustainability projects
• Educate and support managers and employees in quality and sustainability matters
• Handle project follow-up from a quality and sustainability perspective
• Participate in procurement processes with requirements regarding quality and sustainability

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education (e.g., environmental science, quality engineering, or equivalent)
• Experience working with quality management and/or sustainability issues
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Ability to drive processes and create engagement within the organization
• Excellent communication skills
