You will become part of a cross-professional team consisting of nurses, doctors, psychologists, midwives, physiotherapists, and sexologists, with collaboration and knowledge exchange at the core.

As a nurse at Min Doktor, you work independently with:

• Medical assessments and triage.
• Handling patient cases primarily via chat, though contact may also occur via phone or video.
• Collaboration with colleagues from different professions.
• Participation in digital meetings and development work.

• Is a licensed nurse with clinical experience in primary care.
• Feels confident in your professional role.
• Enjoys creating personal digital encounters with patients.
• Enjoys pace variations between and during work shifts.
• Has good computer skills and an interest in new ways of working.
• Is fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, equivalent to level C.

• Specialist education as a district nurse.
• Experience in digital healthcare and chat-based patient work.
• Experience in health promotion work.
• Training in or experience with Motivational Interviewing (MI).
