About the Workplace

Höstsjön, Pedagogical Care, has a unit with 12 children aged 1–5 years. The facility is nicely located in a quiet area in Tjautjas, close to the forest and nature. Höstsjön also manages the school's after-school care before and after school hours.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities include working with the children's group, cooking, and cleaning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience working in pedagogical care or preschool, or who has completed a childcare education. Other experience deemed suitable by the employer may also be considered. You must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare Municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare Municipality.

A current extract from the police record is mandatory and can be requested via Polisen.se.

Working Hours and Duration

Fixed-term employment, full-time, from 2026-08-03 to 2027-02-01, with a high possibility of extension.
