ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute personal assistant for our client in Unbyn. We offer two substitute positions at 100% during the period June–August.
The working hours vary between weekdays and weekends as follows:
08:00–17:00
14:00–21:00
20:00–08:00
07:30–21:00
Introduction and start date for the position will be agreed upon separately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 50s with an interest in hockey and vintage cars. He lives in his own house approximately 15 km from central Boden. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he is paralyzed from the waist down.
The duties include:
Support with household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Mobility, training, and stretching
The client uses equipment such as a ceiling lift and a wheelchair.

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of individuals. Furthermore, you should be receptive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. Chemistry with the client is crucial.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and access to a car (you need to commute to and from work)
Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
MERITS
Experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience
Employment level: 2 summer substitute positions at 100% June–August
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the position. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
