ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant at 75–95% for our child client in Boden. The work on this schedule takes place primarily at night, but there may also be some evening shifts. For this client, there is double staffing around the clock – you always work together with a colleague.
The working hours are as follows:
- 21:00–07:00 (awake night shift)
- 15:00–22:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 6-year-old girl who loves to play and be active. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has a tracheostomy.
The duties include:
- Support with daily routines, such as household chores
- Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
- Handling medical aids such as tracheostomy and feeding tube
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, responsible, and engaged. We would prefer that you are accustomed to working awake night shifts and understand what that entails.

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Tolerance for dogs, as there is a dog in the client's home
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with tracheostomy
- Experience working with children
- Experience with epilepsy
Employment level: 1 permanent position, 75–95%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority regarding your criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both a certificate from the criminal record register and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
