At Jägersrohälsan in Malmö, we run a primary healthcare center with high ambitions for patient experience, accessibility, and working environment. We work in teams with continuity and a clear focus on making healthcare simple, safe, and accessible for the patient. We operate on behalf of Region Skåne, but also aim to develop how primary care can be practiced in reality.
At our center, real people answer the phone, we call back when it suits the patient, and we use digital tools where they actually improve care. In short – we challenge established ways of working where it creates value.
Since its launch in autumn 2023, Jägersrohälsan has grown rapidly and established itself as one of Malmö's highest-rated healthcare centers in the National Patient Survey. The operation currently includes a healthcare center, a branch in central Malmö, Child Health Center (BVC), and a midwife clinic. The next step is continued growth in Malmö!

You need to be secure in your role and see the importance of a professional team that complements each other towards a common goal.
We would appreciate if you have further education in diabetes, asthma/COPD, or smoking cessation, but the most important things are your clinical confidence, your engagement, and your willingness to contribute to the whole.
You must share our values regarding patient safety, accessibility, privacy, infection control, and emergency preparedness.
Requirements:
