We are currently looking for four new employees for three LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) residences in Falköping, due to retirements. We offer you a fun, developmental, and varied job where our main task is to support, strengthen, and motivate the people we work with to carry out activities according to their abilities and manage their daily lives.

• Fridhem: An LSS residence just outside Falköping. We provide support to five people with decisions on residence according to LSS.
• Olof Andersgatan: An LSS residence in Falköping where we provide support to 10 people with decisions on residence according to LSS.
• Snälltågsgatan: An LSS residence in Falköping where we provide support to five people with decisions on residence according to LSS.

What are we looking for in you?

You should have a high school education within the nursing program or the child and youth program, with specialization in the area of operations.

Alternatively, other education and/or specialization assessed as equivalent, supplemented with at least three years of experience from the disability support field.

At Fridhem and Snälltågsgatan, there is a requirement to hold a B-driver's license for manual transmission.

Merit-worthy for your role as a support assistant is education or experience in clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling.

Experience working with implementation plans and documentation is a plus.

As a person, you have a positive outlook and a genuine interest in meeting people. You easily engage others, share your knowledge, and collaborate. Furthermore, you should have a professional approach, promote good cooperation with the user's various networks, and communicate with users in an empathetic, attentive, and respectful manner.
