Montessori Preschool Guldpärlan in Nyköping is now looking for a secure and experienced preschool teacher for our toddler department. We offer a pleasant and positive work environment where every child is met with respect, curiosity, and care.

About the position: You will become part of a team of three educators who together are responsible for 13 children aged 1–3 years. Our operations are based on the fundamental principles of Montessori pedagogy and the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool (Lpfö 18/25), focusing on the child's own development, independence, and learning in a prepared environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified preschool teacher with documented experience working with young children
• Has good collaboration skills and an attentive, respectful approach
• Thrives in a structured and reflective work environment
• Has an interest in Montessori pedagogy (previous experience is an advantage)
• Must be fluent in Swedish, as communication with children, colleagues, and guardians takes place in Swedish

About the employment:

• Fixed-term contract for 2 years with the possibility of extension
• Start date: Week 33 (August 10th)
• Full-time position
